Marjorie Longchamp emigrated from Haiti to New York City in November 1972. From her parents, she inherited God's calling to help
impoverished children in Haiti, and has answered this call by providing them with food, shelter and educational opportunities in an
effort to assist them in becoming as successful as their more fortunate peers. What started as a trickle in 1985 with 28 children has
evolved into an unwavering commitment to hundreds. Marjorie received a degree in culinary arts management and hotel management, and for
the past 20 years has been working for the finest restaurants, caterers and institutions in the New York metro area. As President of
Longchamp Consulting Ltd, she has been contracted to advise and consult some of New York's largest and finest hotels and restaurants.
Over the past 10 years, Marjorie has become one of the most successful caterers and party planners in New York.
